What is a recent example of good customer service you experienced?

I had a great customer experience at Shokudo last night. Our server was very friendly, attentive and the food was delivered in a very timely manner. The server did a great job of “solving problems” (more napkins, accomodating special requests, etc).
The restaurant was crowded for a Sunday night…and I’m sure that part of that can be attributed to their customer service system!

I recently bought a Plasma TV from Amazon. Free delivery with no tax and showed up quickly in about a week. Shipped out of Phoenix, Az warehouse via truckers Pilot. Scheduled arrival for Tues between noon and 4:00pm. Delivery guys called early at 9:00 am:
“Are you home, mon?” I said “ya mon!”
Two Ethiopian fellows arrived and helped me move old 150lb Sony, no boloney, real heavy, mon. Then they installed stand and placed new Plasmoid Orbitor in place. Powered unit up and checked remote, so all working A-OK.
Then we had Amazon customer check list, check initial, check initial, check initial and sign-off. All went smooth and lads were outta here in about 20 minutes. Always happy to order stuff from Amazon.com. Great prices and delivery follow-through… Jeff Bezos is a genius.
I said to these guys, Zulu#1 and Zulu#2 ( I did not get there actual names, so that is their “nick”…) You guys look like fellows who usually win NYC Marathon and they smiled
